Six steps from idea to open doors.
A clear process means fewer surprises, faster decisions and a project that finishes when we said it would.
How every North Main project runs.
Site Walk
We meet you at the space or the site. We review your lease exhibit, drawings, equipment list and, most important, your target open date. You leave knowing what the project really involves.
Scoped Proposal
Within 5 business days you get a written scope and price: what's included, what's excluded, allowances, and the schedule-critical items that drive your timeline.
Design & Permit
We coordinate drawings and engineering, submit for permit, answer plan-review comments and track the approval, including health-department or other agency reviews your use needs.
Pre-Construction
Long-lead equipment is ordered first. Subcontractors are locked in. You get a schedule built backward from your opening day.
Build
One project lead runs the job. You get a weekly photo report with progress, decisions needed and what's coming next.
Inspections & Handover
We schedule and attend inspections, manage final sign-offs, finish the punch list and hand you the keys with your closeout documents.
See your project every single week.
Progress photos, what got done, what's next and any decision we need from you, sent to your phone so you never have to chase anyone for an update.
Let's talk about
your opening day.
Tell us what you're building. We'll walk the site, ask the right questions, and send a scoped number within 5 business days.
