Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We document the damage with photos and measurements, prepare a detailed scope, and meet your adjuster on site. You choose your contractor; your insurer doesn't choose for you.
Do you just clean up, or do you rebuild too?
Both. We handle the emergency work and the full reconstruction, so you're not handed off to a second company halfway through.
Can you restore a business so it reopens faster?
Yes. For restaurants, salons, retail and apartments we phase the work to get you back open as soon as it's safe.
Do you handle mold remediation?
Yes. We find and fix the moisture source, contain the affected area, remove the mold and damaged materials, and rebuild. Fixing the water problem is what keeps mold from coming back.
What should I do right after water or fire damage?
Make sure everyone is safe, shut off water or power if you can do it safely, take photos, and call your insurance company and us. The faster the damage is stopped, the less has to be rebuilt.
